NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
We provide services using reasonable professional care; however, we do not guarantee any specific tax refund, income level, business result, approval, credential, funding decision, client volume, or financial outcome.
Educational materials, training, estimates, examples, and projections are provided for informational purposes and do not guarantee future results.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients and participants agree to:
• Provide complete, accurate, and timely information.
• Review all documents before signing or approving them.
• Respond to requests for additional information.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Notify us promptly if submitted information changes.
• Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Make independent business and financial decisions.
You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
TAX SERVICES
Tax laws and administrative procedures may change. Tax preparation and tax-related assistance are based on the information supplied by the client and the laws and guidance reasonably available at the time services are performed.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their tax returns before signing or authorizing electronic filing. Fortune Financial is not responsible for penalties, interest, delays, rejected filings, reduced refunds, examinations, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, or withheld information provided by the client.
Tax outcomes and processing times are determined by the applicable taxing authorities and cannot be guaranteed by Fortune Financial.
TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
Our courses, training programs, coaching, software support, PTIN assistance, ERO support, and other educational resources are designed to provide education and guidance. Participation does not guarantee certification, employment, income, clients, approval of an application, or successful completion of any third-party requirement.
Participants are responsible for completing assignments, attending scheduled sessions, maintaining required credentials, following professional standards, and complying with IRS rules and all other applicable requirements.
FEES AND PAYMENTS
Prices and payment terms will be disclosed before purchase or described in the applicable agreement, invoice, checkout page, or payment plan.
Payments must be made according to the selected arrangement. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to services, training, software, support, documents, or other benefits.
Payment plans do not reduce the total amount owed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by the written agreement, enrollment terms, invoice, or refund policy applicable to the purchased service.
Fees for completed work, services already provided, digital products accessed, administrative work performed, or third-party expenses may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.
Cancellation of a payment method does not cancel an outstanding contractual payment obligation.
APPOINTMENTS
Clients should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late arrivals, missed appointments, or incomplete documentation may require rescheduling and may delay services.
Office visits may be available by appointment only.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your email address or telephone number, you authorize Fortune Financial to contact you regarding appointments, requested services, account activity, documents, payments, support, and other transactional matters.
Electronic communications are subject to the consent choices and applicable laws governing the communication.
SMS AND TEXT-MESSAGE TERMS
If you separately provide express consent to receive text messages, Fortune Financial Multi Services LLC may send promotional, marketing, appointment, service, account, and informational messages to the telephone number you provided.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
